It sounds like you got hacked. Second paragraph "Even if this behavior is the result of a third party..." Think back on what websites you visited recently, or downloaded content for Warcraft. That is probably where you were exploited. You're going to need to contact Blizzard to get your account back.

Try reinstalling the game. When I bought it, it wouldn't even let me attack! So, i reinstalled it and everything was fine. Also, try waiting for the next patch or just wait until Cataclysm is released. Maybe then your account will be reopened.
